Studios Without Walls 2025 presents 17 site-specific sculptures along the Riverway, showcasing a remarkable diversity of mediums and themes ranging from equality and the environment to social action. This vibrant outdoor exhibition creates an artistic oasis, inviting viewers to interpret, reflect, heal, engage, and play within a truly unique collection. We’ll have a chance to view each piece of art while enjoying a beautiful outdoor setting.
We will also take a walk to the Dutch House, a four-story brick building originally built as an exhibition hall for the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago, where it served as the Dutch Pavilion. After the fair, the building was dismantled brick by brick and reconstructed at its present location.
Meet at the Longwood T stop at 10:15. Member & volunteer Herb Plovnick will be leading this hike.
Metered parking is available on Chapel Street. Free 2-hour parking is available on Colchester Street beginning at 10:00 a.m.
